Why I chose to major in Health Care Management?

I decided to major in HCM mainly because of a long family tradition. I have grown up in the health care industry, and I know this is where I am supposed to be. I want to pursue a career in long term care because of my strong passion I have for the elderly and disabled. I am currently working in the health care field, and this is where I hope to stay.
